Scheduling Supervisor – Air Hygiene & Surveys
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Holiday: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
About the role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Scheduling Supervisor to coordinate Air Hygiene and Survey works and support the existing scheduling team. You’ll manage the work diary, keep field operatives’ schedules full and ensure jobs are planned efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate Air Hygiene and Survey works.
Support and supervise the existing scheduling team.
Liaise with clients and field operatives to keep jobs on track.
Manage the work diary, respond to changing priorities and ensure each job has a value assigned.
Maintain organised filing systems and provide general administrative support.
Answer calls and handle client enquiries or complaints, escalating where needed.
About you
You’ll have experience in scheduling or planning, strong organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to support a team. You’ll be comfortable managing a busy workload, working with clients and field operatives, and adapting when priorities change. Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word would be beneficial.
