Project Administrator – Remedial Works

Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break
Holiday: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays

About the role

We’re looking for an organised Project Administrator to coordinate engineer appointments and manage the administration of remedial works. You’ll track ongoing projects, prepare quotes and reports, and make sure records are accurate and uploaded to the right customer portals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain remedial records, prepare reports and upload documentation.

• Coordinate engineer diaries and appointments, liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.

• Monitor and track ongoing projects.

• Prepare TR19 and Fire Damper remedial quotes.

• Request approval for risk assessments and method statements.

• Manage customer portals, including Concerto, Verisae and Ostara.

• Audit outgoing remedial reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Manage incoming emails, answer calls and direct enquiries appropriately.

• Manage incoming and outgoing post.

About you

You’ll have experience in project administration, scheduling or a similar role, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You’ll be confident communicating with engineers, customers and colleagues, and comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets and customer portals. Knowledge of air hygiene, TR19 or fire damper works would be beneficial.
